FLVS Franchise Students

  • Students must create their own FLVS account for enrollment. Click HERE if you do not already have an FLVS account. Instruction Document. Instructional Video Part 1 & Part 2.
  • Students must request the course in FLVS. New students will do this during the account creation process. Returning students will course request from their virtual dashboard by clicking menu options.  For help on how to Request a Course in FLVS (Students), click HERE
  • All students are required to complete New Student Orientation using EVA's FLVS information page
  • All FLVS students are encouraged to have a parent/guardian account connected to the student. Please create an FLVS Parent/Guardian Account by clicking HERE

Part Time Escambia Virtual Academy Student

Are you interested in taking a virtual course while attending a public school in the district? Students enrolled full time in a public school in Escambia School district are eligible to take a part time class offered in the Franchise for grades 9-12 during the summer.

  • Do not withdraw from your school. In order to take a EVA Franchise course you must attend a primary school within the Escambia County School District.
  • Contact your school for more information and to obtain a schedule of course(s) to request during the FLVS account creation process. Our office does not have the ability to request and verify virtual courses for part-time students.
  • Fall Semester Franchise requests must be made by August 31. If you need assistance concerning a request please reach out to your school counselor.

  • Virtual Attendance is taken weekly based upon course pacing guides. Students are required to complete 12.5% on a weekly basis to be considered active and enrolled. Full year courses with both segments enrolled require 25% complete on a weekly basis.
  • Students must maintain communication with their instructor to stay enrolled in a virtual course. All students are expected to have a working phone and internet connection for course completion.
  • Students must adhere to established Escambia Virtual Academy policies such as conduct, work submissions, and academic integrity to stay enrolled in their course.
